Log a wait

Roads and pavements, East Riding of Yorkshire Council. Somewhere else?

This does not report it to the council. Report it to East Riding of Yorkshire Council first, then log the wait here.

Good or bad, every wait counts. A quick wait tells us as much as a slow one.

What was it?

Date you reported it to the council

The day you first reported it, online or by phone. Your best estimate is fine.

How did it end?

Date it was fixed, or you gave up

I gave up. It has not been fixed.

I'm still waiting. Start my clock. We'll email about once a month to ask if you're still waiting.

Times you chased it up (optional)

Enter 0 if you reported it once and left it.

Postcode area it is in (optional)

The first part only, such as HU5. It lets us show waits by area.

Where is it? Tap the map to drop a pin (optional)

Put the pin on the road or pavement, not on a house. It appears on the public map with the dates, and nothing else.

No pin yet.

Your email

Only to confirm you're a real person. Never published or passed on.

I agree to this wait being stored and used in combined figures for this council, as set out in the privacy notice. It says that I reported a road defect, and the pin and dates appear on the public map, and I can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Dates, a postcode area and a pin on the road. We never ask who you are or where you live.
