Nobody has timed a wait here today yet.
From people timing their own wait on this site, not from the NHS. This timer is not monitored and does not alert staff. A place with nobody timing may still be busy. Waits change quickly, and people are seen in order of need, not arrival. Opening hours can change. Check with NHS 111 before you set off. All urgent care today.
Not rated separately
CQC does not register this urgent treatment centre as a place of its own: it is inspected as part of the organisation that runs it, which has services across the area, so no rating can honestly be pinned to this waiting room. Search CQC
Not matched yet
NHS England publishes four-hour figures for each urgent treatment centre each month. We have not yet matched this centre to its line in those figures. When we do, they will appear here.
What isn't published
There are no monthly published figures for how long patients here wait for the first assessment or to be seen. That is what the timer records.
Arrived by ambulance? See how long ambulances take to arrive and to hand patients over.
Waiting here right now?
Start the timer when you've booked in at reception. Tap when you're assessed, when you're seen and when you leave. Someone who is with the patient can do it. Figures appear once 10 visits have been timed.
No reply yet
Urgent Treatment Centre has not replied. Every service named on this site can publish a response beside its figures.

Know where you stand
- Standards, not rights. The four-hour A&E standard and the ambulance response times are targets the NHS sets itself. Missing one does not give you a legal claim.
- Use Martha's Rule if someone is getting worse. If a patient in hospital is deteriorating and you feel you are not being listened to, you can ask for a rapid review by a different team, at hospitals that have introduced Martha's Rule. Ask the staff how to call for it. NHS England: Martha's Rule
- Complain about your care or your wait. To the hospital or the ambulance service, within 12 months. PALS at the hospital can help first. NHS England: how to complain
All your rights, and how to complain
General information, checked against each source on 13 October 2026. It is not legal advice. Follow the links for the official wording.
Kept fair
- Times only. We never ask why you are there, what is wrong or who treated you.
- The sickest go first. Patients are treated in order of need, not arrival, so a long wait for a minor problem can be the system working.
- Good and bad. A quick visit counts exactly as much as a slow one.
- Nothing goes to the hospital. Timing your visit does not tell staff anything or change your place in the queue.
