Log a wait

Missed bin collections, East Riding of Yorkshire Council. Somewhere else?

This does not report it to the council. Report it to East Riding of Yorkshire Council first, then log the wait here. Wait until after 4.30pm on collection day before reporting it.

Good or bad, every wait counts. A quick wait tells us as much as a slow one.

What was it?

The day you first reported it, online or by phone. Your best estimate is fine.

Date it was collected, or you gave up

I gave up. It was never collected.

I'm still waiting. Start my clock. We'll email about once a month to ask if you're still waiting.

Enter 0 if you reported it once and left it.

Postcode area it is in (optional)

The first part only, such as HU5. It lets us show waits by area.

Your email

To confirm your wait and send you your record. If you're still waiting, we also email about once a month to ask. Deleted once your wait is finished. Never published or passed on.

I agree to this wait being stored and used in combined figures for this council, as set out in the privacy notice. It says that I live in this council's area, and I can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

This is a true account of my own experience, or of someone I was with or caring for, to the best of my memory.

Dates and a postcode area only. We never ask who you are or where you live.
