Humberside Police
How fast calls are answered, and how long people wait for an officer to get in touch, attend or give an update.
3 waits logged so far
Official figures start the clock when a booking is made. Ours starts the first time you pick up the phone, so it counts the days of trying that nobody else measures. 1 clock is running right now.
How it works
1. Pick where you waited
Your GP surgery, a hospital clinic or the police, and what you needed.
2. Give two dates
The day you first tried and the day it was sorted. Still waiting? Start a clock and stop it later.
3. Confirm by email
One tap proves you're real. No account, no names, no opinions. Your email is deleted once your wait is finished.
Kept fair
- Facts, not opinions. Dates and numbers only. There is no comment box anywhere on the site.
- Good and bad. A quick wait counts exactly as much as a slow one. This is a record, not a complaints board.
- No individuals. Figures are for a surgery, a clinic or a police force, never a named person.
- Ten before anything shows. A service's reported figures appear only once ten people have logged a wait.
- Official and reported side by side. Never merged into one score, and each says what it does and doesn't count.
